About the Owners

The Covey Cafe is owned and operated by a husband/wife
team of Timothy “Chivo” and Victoria Call.

Victoria hails from the Twin Cities area of Minnesota
with an impressive resume in the catering and
ambience world. Her clients there included Prince,
Frank Sinatra, Pink Floyd, Van Halen and Diana Ross.

Chivo has worked as a chef for such artists as
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, the
Dixie Chicks, Fleetwood Mac and Madonna.

While working as a crew chief and touring chef (with MBA)
or Billy Joel & Elton John on their 2001 Face to Face Tour, Chivo
and Victoria met and that day sparked the beginnings of
Feedback Catering and the Covey Cafe.
